Here is what to expect after you order, plus a happy little secret: you do not have to wait for delivery to begin.
Your personalized page is ready immediately
Moments after you order, we email you a private link to build your personalized page. You can add photos, a message, a song, and more, and put the whole thing together while your keepsake is still on its way. There is no need to wait for the physical item to arrive to get started.
How long will it take?
Your total time is the printing time plus the delivery time. Everything below is an estimate in business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays).

So a US order usually arrives within roughly 4 to 11 business days from the day you order (printing plus delivery). These are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers can occasionally run a little slower during busy periods.

International shipping
We ship to most countries. Delivery outside the US usually takes 3 to 10 business days.
