How does my recipient open it?
They simply tap the keepsake to the back of their phone, and your page opens in their web browser. There is nothing to download and no account to set up.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. Building your page and opening it both happen right in a web browser, with no app and no account required.
Can I edit the page after they have received it?
Yes, anytime. Your page lives at the same private link, so you can keep updating it whenever you like. Many people keep adding photos and notes long after the gift is given.
Is my page private?
Your page can only be reached by its own unique link. It is not listed anywhere and does not show up in search. Anyone with the link can view it, so it is best to share the link only with people you want to see it. For extra privacy, you can add a passcode lock to your page in the editor.
What if I lose my edit link?
First, wait a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder, since the email with your link can take a moment to arrive. If you still cannot find it, visit my.devotion.to/recover and enter the email you used for your order to have your link re-sent.
What is the difference between the page and the physical item?
The item is the physical keepsake you hold. The page is the digital experience it opens when tapped, the photos, message, song, and other touches you added.
What can I add to my page?
Quite a lot, and it is all optional. You can add photos, a written message, a song, a countdown to a special date, a timeline of your milestones, a map of a meaningful place, a list of reasons you love them, a star-sign pairing, and hidden or scheduled reveals that open at the right moment. Add as much or as little as feels right.
Is the printed photo the same as the digital page?
They are separate. The photo printed on your physical keepsake is set when you order and cannot be changed after printing. Your digital page is separate and fully editable anytime, so you can keep it fresh even though the printed photo stays the same.
Can I start building before the keepsake arrives?
Yes. Your page is ready right away. We email your link within a few minutes of ordering, so you can build the whole thing while your keepsake is still on its way.
How long does the page stay available?
Your page stays live at its unique link so your recipient can return to it whenever they like, and there is no expiry date on it.
How long does shipping take?
Printing and dispatch take about 1 to 4 business days, and delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days within the US and 3 to 10 business days for most other countries. These are estimates. For the full details, see our Shipping Information page.
